Raising the Roof Through Love
At Daily Bread in Abundance, our mission goes beyond feeding the hungry—it’s about meeting needs wherever they arise. When we learned that a local senior citizen was living under a severely damaged roof, we knew we couldn’t let them face the storm alone.
Through a special fundraiser and the incredible generosity of our supporters, we raised enough funds to completely replace the roof. Even more inspiring, every bit of the labor came from our dedicated volunteers, who gave their time, skills, and hearts to make it happen.
Faith in action. Community in motion.
This project was more than repairing a home—it was restoring safety, dignity, and hope. It was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together with a shared purpose: to love our neighbors and serve like Christ.
