“Whoever is generous to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will repay him for his deed.”
— Proverbs 19:17
At Daily Bread in Abundance (DBIA), our mission is simple yet profound: to feed the people and care for our community in Christ’s love. What began as one woman’s response to the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic has grown into a movement of hope and service that reaches families, senior citizens, and single mothers across West Texas and beyond.
From feeding the hungry to replacing a roof for a senior in need, our volunteers and supporters are the heart of our mission. Together, we are showing what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus, offering hope and practical help to those facing difficult times.
Be the Hands and Feet of Change
When you serve, lives are transformed—including yours.
Volunteering is more than just giving your time—it’s giving hope, love, and dignity to someone who needs it most. At Daily Bread in Abundance, every meal delivered, coat collected, and project completed happens because of faithful volunteers who step forward to serve.
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.”
— 1 Peter 4:10
